Chapter 4: Chance Encounters

It's been a non-stop couple of weeks at the Artz Centre. I could’ve wrote chapter after chapter over the last 4 weeks discussing each jam-packed day; instead I wanted to create one chapter that wraps together that experience as a whole and talk about how it has felt to be at the epicentre of this whirlwind.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of young people. In my experience, there’s some things that anyone stepping into a room to deliver a session should think about when it becomes to managing the behaviour of the room. Running the room isn't easy. But hopefully these help!
