It’s safe to say 2020 was a remarkable year, full of unprecented circumstances and difficult times. BUT, amongst the weekly Government updates and seemingly never-ending lockdown restrictions, here at the Artz Centre, we still got busy; and, looking back over the year of 2020, you’ll see that there was a LOT of exceptional moments to be celebrated.
On the 6th of March, 2021, we produced and streamed a FREE evening of entertainment and memories, taking our much anticipated Arts Awards Night ONLINE, for the first time in Artz Centre history.
The annual Artz Awards Night is an evening that so many of our students and their families look forward to all year round; and whilst the Artz Team felt apprehensive about delivering such an iconic event through a digital portal, we could not let the pandemic stop this celebration from taking place.
The evening saw delivered a look back over the year that was 2020, some heartfelt reflections and speeches and of course, crowned the winners of those all important Artz Awards; topped off with some all-new accolades that reflected our student’s achievements over the past strange 12 months.
